NG MMA Beginner Course -6 wks/12 Session

Service Description

This course will introduce you to the fundamental techniques used in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Our experienced coaches will cover all categories of MMA from Stand-up Striking, to Wrestling, to Ground grappling and Striking on the ground. This is a small group course where you will receive direct and personal instruction from our head coach, giving you the best start and experience of Mixed Martial Arts! You will learn the arts of Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) and can use these skills to build your fitness, confidence and Self-defense skills. This course will give you a great foundation to join our club on completion of the course if you wish to on completion of the course. Next Generation MMA is an international family of MMA clubs running for 25 years and headed up by MMA pioneer and multi time Brazilian Jiujitsu World Champion - Chris Brennan. Here in NG Dublin our programs are run and taught by Irish MMA legend Owen Dempsey who will bring his wealth of knowledge and years of experience to give you a fantastic intro to MMA. Where you go from here is up to you! Whether to build your fitness with a new and exciting hobby or if you wish to compete locally, nationally or internationally we will help you build your skills, knowledge and experience in a warm and friendly environment. Course Dates (Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 7pm) Total 12 classes! Week 1: 11th & 13th Nov Week 2: 18th & 20th Nov Week 3: 25th & 27th Nov Week 4: 2nd & 4th Dec Week 5: 9th & 11th Dec Week 6: 16th & 18th Dec Spaces are limited to the 1st 12 people to Book their spots. BOOK YOUR PLACE with a €30 deposit (non refundable) and pay the balance of €100 cash on arrival at your first session.
