Sanda Kickboxing is the sport where we apply our Kung Fu punching, kicking and wrestling skills.  It is a requirement for those who wish to compete and also for those hoping to complete the advanced Kung Fu grades. Essential once our members reach Green sash! Please book your childs class for our Thursday 4.55 - 5.55 class.   This is the Sanda Kickboxing for members or our Kung Fu 4 Kids club.  These Classes are open to currents members who have earned their Blue Belt or have already turned 8 years old.  This is not a standalone class and attendees must be registered for a Kung Fu 4 Kids Class to attend these classes.
